Cheswardine Parish Council has a vacancy for one parish councillor. The Council has nine seats and serves the Parish of Cheswardine.
Parish councillors help make decisions on matters affecting the local community. If you would like to play a part in that work, please consider joining the Council.

Cheswardine Parish Council is a local council and is the first tier of local government for Cheswardine. The Council consists of 9 local councillors who are elected every four years by the residents to represent their interests.
Cheswardine is a rural parish situated about four and a half miles to the south of Market Drayton and adjacent to the border with Staffordshire. It is comprised of Cheswardine village, the hamlets of Ellerton, Soudley and Chipnall, and small settlements in the surrounding countryside.
